Cascadian Place Main Page
Come be a part of it all…
Beautiful hanging plants and breathtaking mountain views await Washington’s finest retirees at Cascadian Place. This location, which takes up a full city block in a beautiful residential, business and medical neighborhood, offers independent retirement living in the heart of everything the city of Everett has to offer.
With downtown Everett less than a mile from our community, Cascadian Place life is never just ho hum. The performing arts center, Forest Park Swim and Recreation Center and a very busy Senior Center are all just a few blocks away. A bit farther down the road, resident golfers can find the Everett Golf and Country Club, considered one of the best four-season courses in the Pacific Northwest. Shopping, of course, is never far from home. Cascadian Place residents also enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing Providence General Medical Center and Hospital and the Everett Clinic are nearby.
Our property features The Friendship Garden, which gives our residents the opportunity to exercise their passion for gardening. First planted in 1997, the garden was dedicated in 1999 by Ed Hume, a northwest renowned master gardener and television personality. Cascadian Place is also home to a registered chapter of the Red Hat Society, a social club for women over the age of fifty.
Leave the driving, cooking, dishwashing, cleaning, yard work and maintenance to us while you enjoy the greatest things in life. We’ll be here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Welcome home to Cascadian Place, a wonderful community where our residents and staff will treat you just like family.
